2019年12月5日，由设计纪元与广州设计周联合主办的“老宅新生”设计奖颁奖盛典在广州设计周•南丰国际会展中心10号馆论坛区域举行。作为中国首个改造类设计大奖，“老宅新生”设计奖，聚焦专有领域，鼓励设计师打破老旧空间样式，实现全新空间的合理运用，满足现代人的需求，凸显设计在空间迭代及社会发展不同阶段的驱动效应。
通过2个月的作品征集，赛事组委会共收到493份作品。经过国内外专业设计师公平严苛的评选，最终共有58份作品脱颖而出，其中17份为最佳作品，41份为优秀作品。其中我公司作品《夏克梁艺术工作室》，非常荣幸地获得了这十七分之一的最佳作品荣誉。石伟达先生作为公司代表参加了此次颁奖仪式（右一）。

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting unchanged. It was popularised in the sheets containing lorem ipsum is simply free text.
